COVID-19レポートまとめ、はじめちゃったからにはまだまだ頑張る。
今回はこれまた大御所のBCG。

上記リンクのページ中部に、"Navigating the COVID-19 Crisis"というセクションがありレポートが並ぶ。4月から週1以上のペースで更新されていて、それぞれ50 page近くある力作。5月23日時点でEdition 6まで出てる。
レポート概要
Flatten, Fight & Futureの三段階で、異なる経済シナリオを想定して決断していく必要がある、という趣旨。序盤のEditionsでは、COVID-19の状況、社会経済への影響とシナリオ、リーダーへの指針の3部構成。中身の数字や助言がEdition毎に更新されていく形式。直近のEditionsでは2部までがImpact dashboardにまとめられるともにリーダーへの指針が最初に取り上げられるようになってきている。
COVID-19の状況
各国の感染者数の数字や対応策とその効果などがグラフを多用してまとめられている。
社会経済への影響とシナリオ
GDPの下降の深度と回復パターンのシナリオ、それに伴う消費行動の変化やセクター毎の損害など。このセクションも数字やグラフを多用し、経済予想や調査結果を展開。雇用・日常生活・教育・交通への変化はデジタル化への言及が大部分。

リーダーへの指針
'Flatten'の後、'Fight'の長期化の可能性があり、リーダーは今両段階に注力する必要がある。 シナリオベースのアプローチ、Rapid Response and Transformation (RR&T) teamの編成があった上で、雇用体制やサプライチェーン、コストなどなど注力すべき領域をリストアップ。
直近のEditionsでは、一歩踏み込んだ具体的な予想や指針も。

まとめ
かなり数字やグラフを多用している印象。統計や調査結果を惜しみなく出してきている、感じ。逐次更新されるEdition形式なので、状況に合わせて一歩踏み込んたコンテンツとかも提供しているように思われる。
